摘　　要：目的分析Bactec9120全自动血培养仪在实际应用中的假阳/假阴性结果及常见故障方法对810例血培养的结果进行回顾性统计分析结果810例血培养结果中有120例阳性占14.8%,假阳性6例占0.74%,假阴性4例占0.49%结论应严格按照仪器说明书进行操作,对假阳、假阴性结果要仔细查找原因,防止误诊。Objective： To analyze the reason of the false positive/negative results and common trouble of Bactee 9120 blood cuhural instrument. Methods： We made a statistical analysis to the results of 810 blood samples. Results： In 810 blood samples, there are 120 positive samples （14.8%）, 6 false positive （0.74%）and 4 false negative （0.49%）samples. Conclusion： To operate Baetee 9120 according to its instruction strictly and carefully research the reasons of false positive/negative to prevent misdiagnosis.
