摘　　要：本文通过对反相积分器实验方法的改进，介绍一种同步测量时间与电压的装置。改进后的方法比一般的测量方法精度高，且设备简单、测量方便。The auther presents a simple apparatus which can simultaneously measure time and voltage by means of improving the experimental method of inverting integrator,and also claims that the apparatus is much more accurate and convenient than the old ones.
