摘 要:从1994年8月起对8例重度烧伤病人的血清和24小时尿中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mo、Se、Cr及Mn的含量进行了系统监测,从而了解治疗过程中血清和尿中元素的动态变化。结果表明:血清中Zn、Fe、Se明显下降,Cu变化不明显;尿中7种元素排泄量明显超过报道的正常值,尤其多尿期丢失更大。这为治疗烧伤病人,对症补充,促进元素平衡,提高疗效,提供了有益的线索。High demands for nutrients including trace elements occur in severe burn patients because of hypermetabolism. The increase of need for trace elements in severe burn patient is directly caused by more loss of trace elements in a lot of ways including urinary elimination and less uptake of trace elements. From Aug 1994 to Dec 1995, the authors have dynamically measured seven trace elements Zn, Fe, Cu, Mo, Se, Cr, Mn in serum and 24h urine in eight burn patients with mean burn surface area 66.6 % + 22. 6% and three degree burn surface area 20. 8±19. 6%. The results have showed a significant decrease of Zn, Fe, Se in serum and a less change of Cu in serum. It was difficulty to evaluate serum Mo, Cr, Mn as lack of our labortory normal value of these trace elements. Compared with normal value of other country, urinary elimination of seven trace elements has increased in much degree. Some were 10 or 100 times. The study suggests that metabolism and need of trace elements in severe burn patients have been significantly changed.
