摘　　要：应用α，β，γ，δ－四（２－羟基－５－磺基）苯基卟啉吸光光度法测定了头发中的痕量铜，灵敏度高，选择好，摩尔吸光系数达２．５８×１０５，适宜临床检验使用。A method was developed for determination of trace copper in hair by absorption spectrophotometry with α, β, γ,δ-tetra (2-hydroxy-5-sulphopheny ) porphy, satisfied for clinical examination with high sensitivity and selectivity. The molar absorptivity obtained 2. 5 ×105.
