摘  要:回转式空气预热器是高参数大容量电站锅炉广泛采用的尾部换热设备,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点。提出了300 MW机组回转式空气预热器的漏风分布的综合模型,其中包含2个子模型:一个是基于压降机理建立的质量守恒和能量守恒模型,另一个是基于流体网络建立的空预器内部漏风分布模型。以某电厂300 MW机组尾部换热设备为仿真对象,求解回转式空预器的径向,周向和轴向的漏风分布,得出轴向漏风和径向漏风可以相似化处理的结论,认为在加装径向密封装置时,也应该对轴向密封加以改造,这对回转式空预器的状态检修和运行维护具有指导意义。The rotary air preheater, which is the widely used tail-end heat exchanging equipment in large capacity boilers with high parameters, has the fatal defect of a high air leakage rating. The comprehensive air leakage distribution model for the rotary air prcheater of 300 MW units is put forward, including the mass conservation and energy conservation model based on pressure drop mechanism, and the inner air leakage distribution model based on fluid network. The tail-end heat exchanging equipment of a 300 MW unit was taken as the simulation object, and the radial, cireumferential, and axial air leakage distribution of the rotary air preheater were studied. It is concluded that the axial leakage and the radial leakage can be treated similarly, and the axial sealing should also be retrofitted when the radial sealing is installed, The conclusion provides guidance lot condition maintenance and operational maintenance of rotary air preheaters.
