摘　　要：本文通过分析美国联邦政府科研经费的管理模式,监管方式、方法,及其成功的经验,以期为我国科研经费的监督和管理提供借鉴。The analysis of the supervision and administration of federal government - supported R＆D fund in America was to be benefit for improvement of the supervision system of the fund in China, and this paper focused on the R＆D administration model, its financial supervision type, methodology and process.
