摘　　要：在生产和装配过程中,经过无铅化表面处理的线路板需要按照UL的标准进行检测。本文描述了无铅产品在获得UL认证时,所需要考虑的基料、表面处理和工艺方面的变化。同时,还对如何规划、如何更快地通过UL认证审核提供了建议。UL testing may be required to produce and assemble boards with lead-free surface finishes. This article describes the base material, surface finish, and process changes to he considered when moving to a lead free product that will rettuire UL Certification. In addition, suggestions are made on how to plan for and more quickly pass the UL Certification process.
