摘　　要：综述了加脂剂中主要组分—活性成分(表面活性剂)的生物降解性与结构之间关系的一般规律,介绍了评判表面活性剂生物降解性的基本方法,提出了在研发加脂剂中应该重视其生物降解性的建议。The common rules of the relationship between biological degradation and structure of surfactants were summarized which is the component of fatliquor, and the assessment methods of biological degradation. Furthermore, the suggestion which is about biological degradation in researching and developing of fatliquor should be paid more attention.
