摘　　要：通过对现状、２０００年、２０１０年和２０２０年四个水平年进行多方案的水资源供需平衡计算，分析了黄河水资源对社会经济各部门需水的可能满足程度及供水效益，得出了关于黄河水资源利用问题的一些认识，提出了黄河供水能力可基本满足２０１０年水平黄河地区各部门低限用水要求的观点及解决水资源不足问题的对策，为黄河水资源优化配置提供了科学依据。The satisfactory degree of the Yellow River water resource to possiblly meet differentsocial and economic departments and water supply effects is analyzed in the paper through the wadter resource demand and supply balance calculation of many designs at four years of present year f2000,2010,and 2020.Some knowledge about the Yellow River water resource utilization has beenachieved,the view of that the Yellow River water resource is able to meet the lowest demand ofthe all sectors in the Yellow River area in 2010 and the correspondding measurements are demonstrated in the study,which provide the optimized distribution of the Yellow River water resourcewith scientific basis.
