摘　　要：面向2010年我国社会体育的发展对社会体育指导员的需求,在分析我国社会体育指导员队伍及其管理现状的基础上,就社会体育指导员的培训内容、培训方式、培训类别、资格认定和考核管理等问题进行了探讨。To meet the demand for social sports instructors by the development of social sports in China in 2010, the author probed into such issues as training contents, training manners, training types, qualification certification and examination management in relation to social sports instructors, on the basis of analyzing China＇s social sports instructor team and its management situation.
