摘　　要：综述了血液传播暴露后的危险和流行性职业感染。本文作者讨论了运用职业健康标准和卫生学分级控制计划来预防血液暴露,讨论了基本预防和特殊控制措施的效率,综述了立法过程和对护理人员推行政策。This article includes a review about the hazard of exposure to bloodborne pathogens and epidemiology of occupational infection. The author discusses how to apply standard methods of occupational health and industry hygiene using the hierarchy of controls framework to prevent exposure to blood, and discusses evidence-based prevention and efficacy of particular control measures. Legis lative progress and implementation of enforceable policy to protect health care workers is outlined.
