摘　　要：目的:总结腔内隔绝术治疗主动脉夹层瘤的术中配合及护理。方法:导管室护士术前参加手术讨论,了解手术过程;术中严密监测血压变化,应用药物达到控制性降压;严密观察手术并发症;加强手术室消毒隔离管理。结果:本组5例手术均成功完成。结论:充分术前准备及心理护理;术中密切配合手术过程及严密观察护理可促使手术顺利成功实施。To sum up the cooperation countermeasure of separate in cavity therapy doubly layer of main artery. Method： Call on patients , given them psychological care and got ready foy operation before operation; the nurse must cooperate doctors to finish the operation successfully. Result： 5 patients were all successful . Conclusion： In order to ensure the operation success,the nurse in departmentof vessel must took part in discusstion and undersand the progress of operation; reduced the stimulation and BPfluctuate,. observed BP and comphcations closely et al. There are very important for operation successful.
