摘 要:涂料颗粒的粒径及分布对印花效果有很大的影响。采用粒径为90 nm和350 nm的黄色涂料进行印花,探讨纳米涂料的印花效果。结果表明,纳米涂料对纤维具有一定的结合力,不用粘合剂也具有一定的色牢度;纳米涂料的摩擦牢度明显高于亚纳米涂料,但刷洗牢度和皂洗牢度较亚纳米涂料差;其粘合剂用量对纳米涂料印花牢度的影响程度小于亚纳米涂料;纳米涂料印花后织物的颜色深度远大于亚纳米涂料,具有更鲜艳的颜色和更纯正的色光。The particle size and distribution of pigment particles in paste have a great impact on the printing effect. In this paper, two yellow pigment dispersions with particle sizes at 90nm and 350nm respectively are used for cotton printing, and the printing effects are investigated. The results show that the printed fabrics with nano pigments exhibit certain color fastness without binder in the paste, which reveals that nano pigments have binding force with fibers. The rubbing fastness of cotton fabrics printed with nano pigments is superior to that printed with subnano pigments except brushing and soaping fastness. Moreover, the dosage of binder has less effect on the fastness of fabrics printed by nano pigments. In addition, nano pigments printing can impart the cotton fabric much higher color depth, more brilliant and purer color.
