摘　　要：分析PVA(聚乙烯醇)的结构和主要性能,织造厂常用的PVA浆料的规格,以及常用涤棉织物的退浆工艺。基于生产实践,针对涤棉织物退浆时难以去除PVA浆料的问题,提出了清水退浆工艺,以利于PVA的回收利用和印染厂的清洁生产。PVA size on polyester/cotton blended fabric is very difficult to remove, This paper covers the structure and main properties of PVA, the common specifications of PVA size, as well as the desizing process of conventional polyester/cotton fabric, Based on practical application, desizing with wateris put forward which is good for PVA recycle and clean production.
