摘　　要：利用一种新型的交联剂WR 40和Advanproof，建立了一种拒水拒油低温交联整理工艺，发现用于纯棉织物拒水拒油整理的WRC-LT最佳用量为25-30g／L，WR40为0.5～1g／L；用于涤纶的WRC-LT最佳用量为15～17g／L，WR40为1g／L，并在110～120℃下焙烘2～3min，可获得较好效果。A new process of water and oil repellent finish is established on cotton and polyester fabrics with crosslinker WR40 and water and oil repellent Advanproof WRC-LT. The optimum conditions are defined, which is, WRC-LT 25 - 30g/L, WR40 0.5 -1 g/L for cotton fabric; WRC-LT 15 - 17g/L, WR 40 1g/L, curing at 110 - 120℃ for 2 - 3 minutes for polyester fabric. Compared with traditional process curing at high temperature, the new process features better emulsion stability.
