摘　　要：数字图书馆的评估采用不同认知理论和方法,会得出不同的结论。本文从认知信息科学角度,对评估主体的认知前提和约束特性进行了分析,研究了评估过程中的基础性评估与信息熵之间的相互关系,讨论了模糊信息认知处理与可靠性,以期建立数字图书馆评估的认知元理论, 进一步促进数字图书馆的评估研究。The evaluation of digital library adopts the different theories and methods, will educing the different conclusions. In this article, we analyses the cognitive precondition and restrictive characteristic of evaluating subject from the point of view of the cognitive information science, studying the correlation between a fundamental evaluation and information entropy in the evaluation processing, discussing the fuzzy information cognitive processing and reliability, hoping to build up a metatheory of cognition of the digital library evaluation, further promoting the study of the digital library evaluation.
