摘 要:目的:比较胸椎双掌叠按法术者不同施力部位作用力大小,为推拿手法的量化和标准化提供实验依据。方法:利用压力检测系统来实时显示并记录术者在使用双掌叠按法以不同的施力部位作用于受试者胸背部时,存在于术者手掌与受试者胸背皮肤之间压力各自的变化情况,并对记录的数据进行S tuden t-N ewm an-K eu ls分析。按压时的施力部位分别为大鱼际、小鱼际、掌根和豌豆骨。结果:术者采用大鱼际、小鱼际和掌根三个部位按压时,存在于术者手掌和受试者体表之间的作用力两两之间没有显著性差异(P=0.172),术者采用豌豆骨按压时的作用力与其它三个部位按压的作用力两两之间具有显著性差异。结论:胸椎双掌叠按法,术者采用豌豆骨按压时的作用力较其它三个部位的作用力大。Objective:To compare the pressure on different part of operator's palms during pressing on thoracic vertebrae, and offering the experiment basis for manipulation quantization and standardizing. Methods:Utilizing the detecting system of the pressure to show the stress in real-time, between the doctor's palm and subject's skin when doctor operated the manipulation on subject's thoracic vertebrae using his pair of palms by different positions, and recorded the data, the positions include thenar, hypothenar, root of paml and pisiform bone. Results:There were no statistically significant differences between the three groups of thenar, hypothenar and root of palm each other (P= 0. 172), and there was statistically significant difference between the group of pisiform bone and other groups. Conclusions :The pressure on subject's thoracic vertebrae by pisiform bone was bigger than by other three positions.
