摘　　要：目的:考察中药漏芦黄酮对体外培养成骨细胞的细胞毒性。方法:用M TT比色法,通过测定各药物组活细胞OD值(optica l dens ity,OD)间接计算出不同浓度药物对细胞生长的抑制率,进而考察细胞毒性大小。结果:在0.09%到1.92%的浓度范围内,药物浓度与细胞抑制率呈负相关。结论:漏芦黄酮对体外培养成骨细胞有一定细胞毒性。Objective：To research the toxicity of flavone from Chinese Crude Drug ＂Loulu＂ to the steoblast in invro. Methods ：With the asepticism and tissue cultrue ,obtaining the periosteum of the rats＇ shankbone and the osteoblast. After divided into flavone groups with different concentration and 1 control group,adopting the MTT coolorimetry,by the optical density numerical value of the drug groups with different concentration to the living cell. Results ..During the range of drug concentration （0.09%-1.92%）,the correlation between the drug concentration and the inhibitory rate is negative. Conclu sions ：The flavone of Chinese Crude Drug ＂Loulu＂ has some inhibitory toxicity to the osteoblast in invro and the inhibitory toxicity is interrelated with the flavone＇ inductivity to the osteoblast in invro.
