首台国产化超临界直流锅炉蒸汽吹管的实践

摘　　要：沁北电厂1号炉是我国第1台国产化600 MW超临界直流锅炉。在确定了蒸汽吹管的范围、方式、工艺流程和吹管质量验收标准后,选择了蒸汽吹管的运行参数。蒸汽吹管分2阶段进行:第1阶段为主蒸汽管道吹管;第2阶段为主汽及再热器系统串吹。吹管效果良好,达到了预期的效果,超临界直流炉采用降压吹管取得成功。The No. 1 boiler in Qinbei Power Plant is the I st domestic - made 600 MW supcreritical once - through boiler. After determining the steam blowing scope, mode, process flow and acceptance standard of the blowing quality the operating parameters for the steam blowing have been selected. The steam blowing is divided into 2 stages ： for the i st stage blowing of the main steam piping, serial blowing of the main steam and reheat system at the 2nd stage. The result of the blowing is good, which has met the expected result. It proves that pressure reduction blowing method is applied for the supercfitical once - through boiler successfully.
