摘　　要：针对在现代工业生产中存在的测量方法落后,测量精度低、只能进行接触式测量、控制不精确等问题,提出把霍尔传感器应用于工业生产中,霍尔传感器是利用霍尔效应做成的对磁场敏感的传感器。由于具有结构简单、动态特性好、可进行非接触式测量等优点,把它用于产品的检验、自动控制以及产品计数中,它的使用不仅满足了生产的需要,还提高了生产效率和控制的精度。In view of the measuring technique which exists in the modern industry is backward, the measuring accuracy is low, only can carry on the contact measure and the control is not precise,applies the Hall＇s sensor in the industrial production. Hall＇ s sensor is sensitive to magnetic field utilizing Hall ＇ s effect of material. Because it has the simply structure, the good dynamic characteristic and may carry on non - contact measure merit . Apply it to product examination, automatic control and products counting, its use not only satisfied the production need also enhance the production efficiency and the control precision.
