城镇信息化建设多元融资博弈分析

摘　　要：融资问题是城镇信息化建设的一个关键问题,融资方案的合理性是进行信息化建设的前提。因为城镇目前最缺乏的就是资金,所以引入竞争机制,搞好多元化融资是发展城镇的关键对策之一。建立城镇信息化建设多元融资Stackelberg博弈模型,并求出子博弈精炼均衡下的城镇各方的融资策略。结果表明基础设施成本越高,政府和其他部门相对融资能力越低,因而融资量减小。进而表明信息化建设必须与当地经济发展水平相适应。图1,参4。The key problem of informatization construction in towns is financing and the rationality of financing plan is a premise. At present the development of towns is lack of fund, and establishing finance in many ways is one of the essential countermeasures. A Stackelberg game model was set up to analyze the financing with many ways on informatization construction in towns. The analysis gave out the optimum tactics for all the players, that is, the greater the cost of fundamental facilities, the lower the capability of the government and other players investmet have, Accordingly, the informatization development of towns should keep in step with the level of local economic development.
