摘 要:目的建立巴戟天含蒽醌类化学成分HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法,研究不同种质资源的巴戟天药材的质量。方法采用梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,使用计算机辅助相似度评价软件进行数据处理,对不同种质资源的巴戟天药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果规范化种植基地巴戟天药材指纹图谱相似度较好,但不同种质资源的巴戟天药材指纹图谱有明显的差异。结论所用方法稳定,重复性好,可用于评价不同类型巴戟天药材的质量;不同种质资源的巴戟天药材含蒽醌类化合物化学组成相似,但相对比例有明显的差异。OBJECTIVE To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Morinda officinalis by HPLC in order to control its quality.METHODS The gradient elution mode was applied to chromatographic seperation, and the data were analysed by computer aided similarity evaluation software to compare the quality of Morinda offtcinalis How. of different germplasmas. RESULTS Samples from GAP base were of high similarity, but fingerprint graphics of Morinda officinalis How. of different landing races showed evident difference, CONCLUSION The HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable, feasible in analysis of Morinda officinalis How. and can be used for quality, assessment of Morinda offtcinalis. Chemical components in Morinda officinalis(xiaoye type), compared with samples from different germplasmas( daye type), are similar, but their ratios between each other are difference.
