摘 要:目的探讨白蒺藜中酪氨酸酶抑制剂的微波提取工艺。方法以提取物的产率和对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为评价指标,采用正交试验和单因素试验,结果水为提取剂、水与白蒺藜的质量比10∶1、微波450 W提取(5 min×2)为最佳提取工艺。提取物(干基)产率为16.6%,对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为43.8%。结论与直接加热提取法比较,微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间,并能提高提取物产率和对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率。OBJECTIVE To establish the microwave- assisted extraction(MAE)technology of inhibitor against tyrosinase from Tribulus terrestris L.METHODS The single factor method and orthogonal method were used in the experiment.The yield and the relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of the extracts were used as evaluating indexes. RESULTS It was concluded that the optimal condition was twice microwave radiation (450 W) for 5 min with a mass ratio of water to material of 10:1 .The dry extract of Tribulus terrestris L. with 16.6% yield and 43.6% relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase was obtained. CONCLUSION Compared with direct-heating extraction, MAE can shorten extracting time, and improve the yield and the relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of the extracts.
