摘  要:目的采用RP—HPLC测定氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素及二醇物的含量。方法采用Kromasil—C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(40:60:0.5)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长272nm。结果氯霉素的线性范围为8.0~128μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998),二醇物的线性范围为2.5-40.0μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.88%,RSD=0.61%(n=6).结论该法分离效果好,灵敏度高、重复性好、结果准确可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish an RP- HPLC method for determination of the content of chloramphenicol and glycols in Chloramphenicol eye drops. METHODS The samples were separated by Kromasil - C18 column (4.6 mm×1.50 mm,5μm) with aeetonitfile - wateracetic acid (40:60:0.5)as mobile phil, 1.0 ml·min^-1 as flow rate and detectation at 272 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 8.0 - 128.0μg·ml^-1 for determination of chloramphenicol and of 2.5 - 40.0μg·ml^-1 for glycols; the average recovery was 98.88% with RSD of 0.61% ( n =- 6). CONCLUSION The method is good in the aspect of resolution, reproducibility and sensitivity.
