摘　　要：目的总结传染性单核细胞增多症(简称“传单”)并发心肌损害的临床特点与护理。方法对105例临床资料进行分析,根据临床特点,探讨取得最佳效果的护理措施。结果并发心肌损害59例患儿不仅具有传单临床特点,同时伴有不同程度的心电图(ECG)、心肌酶等异常表现,经及时治疗和适当的护理均治愈。结论针对传单并发心肌损害,病情发展快,症状隐匿,小儿自述症状的能力差等特点,细致观察病情,预防并发症及相关护理尤为重要。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and nursing of the infectious mononucleosis with myocardial damage. Methods To consolidate the best nursing process in accordance with the clinical characteristics, a clinic data of 105 were analyzed. Results A total of 59 patients with complication of myocardial damage demonstrated not only clinical characteristics of infectious mononucleosis , but also with various degrees of abnormal changes on ECG and cardiac enzymes . But it could be cured after prompt treatment and proper nursing. Conclusion For infectious mononucleosis with myocardial damage has the characteristics of rapid development, symptoms undetectable, poor account by patient. So close observation and prompt treatment was very important in preventing complication..
