病灶清除植骨融合联合内固定脊柱结核康复护理  

Rehabilitation Nursing of Spinal Tuberculosis Treated with Focal Cleaning and Bone Grafting and Fusion Combined with Internal Fixation

摘　　要：目的探讨不同节段脊柱结核外科手术内固定康复护理。方法回顾性分析2000年1月-2005年6月期间，接受病灶清除植骨融合及内固定手术治疗并获得随访的49例脊柱结核患者的临床资料，颈椎结核、胸腰椎结核及腰椎结核患者均行前路一期病灶清除植骨融合内固定术，观察术后和随访期间患者结核中毒症状和神经功能的改善情况、植骨融合情况及治愈率。结果正确执行标准护理计划措施护理和抗结核治疗功能锻烁，49例脊柱结核病人结核中毒症状明显缓解，神经功能明显改善，18个月后，95％的植骨融合，患者康复治愈率为95％。结论脊柱结核手术治疗中内固定应用植骨融合是安全、有效的，制定标准护理计划、手术成功及康复治愈是关键。Objective To study the rehahilitation nursing of segmental spinal tuberculosis treated with internal fixation. Methods The clinical data included 49 patients with spinal tuherculosis treated with focal cleaning, hone grafting and fusion combined with internal fixation and got the follow - up were analyzed retrospeetively from January 2000 to June 2005. There were 5 eases with tuhereulosis of cervieal vertebrae. The patients with tuberculosis of thoracic vertehrae and lumbar vertebrae and patients with tuberculosis of lumbar vertebrae were treated with fusion and internal fixation after anterior one stage focal cleaning. The situation of bone grafting and fusion, the improvement of tuhercular toxic symptom and neural function as well as the rate of cure was observed after nperation anti during follow - up. Results Carry out the normal nursing plans and measures and do the functional cxereises of antituberde treatment eorrectly, Tubercular toxic symptom of these 49 eases alleviated significantly and neural function improved obviously 18 months later, the efficiency of the eases treated with bone grafting and fusion reaches to 95%, Conclusion It is effective and safe to use bone grafting and fusion in spinal tuhereulosis treated with internal fixation. The key points are making the normal nursing plans, doing successful operation and getting rehabilitation and curing.
