心理护理在178例经B超导向肾穿刺活检患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理改善经B超导向肾活体组纵穿刺活检患者的心理状态、提高穿刺的安全性及预防并发症的作用。方法对1998年8月-2005年6月利用B超导向进行肾活体组织穿刺活检的178例病例进行分析。结果178例患者在经过有针对性的心理护理后心理状态均有所改善。其中25例在术后1—2d内有腰部酸胀痛，经适当处理后缓解，10例出现尿潴留需导尿处理，5例于术后1～3d内有低热，6例出现肉眼血尿经对症处理后缓解。最终均穿刺成功，术后无并发症的发生。结论心理护理可以改善患者心理状态，增强患者自信心，从而提高穿刺的安全性及预防并发症的发生。Objective To probe in the using of mental nursing to progress the mental situation of kidney puncture alive check patient, heightened the safety of punciure and prevent complication, Methods Analyzed the 178 kidney puncture alive check guided by B ultrasonic from August 1998 to June 2005. Results Their mental situation were progressed after pertinence mental nursing. 25 of them had waist acerbity ache 1 - 2 days after operation, and catabated after suitable treatment, 10 of them were. urine remain and needed catheter, 5 of them had low fever, 6 of them had hematuria , and were catabated after suitable treatment. To the last , they were succeed and no complication. Conclusion Mental nursing can progress the patients＇mental situation, increase self-confidence, and heightened the safety of puncture and prevent complication.
