摘  要:以红太阳(RedCreole)洋葱为试材,研究抽薹与未抽薹植株生理生化特性的差异。结果表明:同一时间,抽薹植株与未抽薹植株存在一定的差异;鳞茎形成期,未抽薹植株游离氨基酸与可溶性蛋白质含量较高,抽薹植株可溶性糖含量、C/N值及POD活性较高。抽薹期,抽薹植株游离氨基酸与可溶性蛋白质含量较高,未抽薹植株可溶性糖含量、C/N值及POD活性较高。这可能是不同处理植株发育进程不同的原因。电泳结果显示,二者蛋白质组分存在一定差异。With Bed Creole as experimental materials, the effects of physiological and biochemical characteristics by different treatments and developmental stages were studied. The results showed that: bohings and unbolfings were different in the same period. The soluble protein and free amino acid were higher in unbolting onions, the soluble sugar, C/N and POD activity were higher in bolting onions on bulbing period. Else, the soluble protein and free amino acid were higher in bolting onions, the soluble sugar, C/N and POD activity were higher in unbolting onions on bolting period. Maybe it was caused by different growth periods. SDS-PAGE indicated that protein was different with the two treatments.
