不同经济发展水平下山地农户投资行为研究——以河南省塘畈村、上河村为例

摘　　要：根据农户调查数据,对比分析了不同经济发展水平下的山地农户投资行为,山地农户投资规模较小,且仍呈现出减少态势;农户投资的年际变化较大,强经济实力区波动更为明显;弱经济实力区波动呈加速态势.山地区,农户为主要的投资主体,且较为稳定;投资方式多以直接投资为主,强经济实力区增长更为明显;投资形态多以现金支出为主,实物投资呈锐减态势;非生产性投资是山地农户投资的主体部分,且有增强趋势;山地农村普遍存在劳动力外流,使农户纯收入有一定程度下降,在经济发展水平较弱的山地村,这种现象更为明显;山地农户投资效率尚有下降态势.根据山地农户投资特点,提出相应的引导方案:(1)提高山地农户专业化经营;(2)引导农户改善投资结构;(3)积极培育农户专业合作组织;(4)加快农村市场体系建设;(5)强化政府公共服务.According to the investigated data of the rural household, the paper contrasts and analyzes the investment behavior of rural household under the different condition of economic development level in mountainous region, the research discovers that investment scale of rural household is smaller, and still shows the trend being reduced. It also discovered that the annual change of rural household＇s investment is greater, and the undulation in the strong economic potentiality area is more obvious, however the weak economic potentiality area undulation assumes the acceleration trend. In the mountainous area, the rural household is the main body of investment, also is a steady body, and it is more obvious for stronger economic area. The investment is mainly concentrated in cash, and physical investment is strongly decreasing. Non-productive investment is the body of rural households in the mountainous area, which is increasing. Labor migration is common in mountainous village, and it makes the rural household＇s pure income decline. It＇s more evident in poor village. The trend of rural household＇s investment is declining in the mountainous area. The investment of rural households in mountain regions provides the foundation for the corresponding countermeasures. （1） raising the specialization management of rural household in mountain region; （2） Inducting and improving the investment structure; （3） fervidly fostering the specialty collaborated organization; （4） quickening the construction of rural market system; （5） strengthening the government＇s commonality servings.
