摘  要:目的:探讨儿童多动症(ADHD)和血微量元素铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)水平的关系。方法:用原子吸收分光光度法对60例ADHD患儿及50例对照组进行血Pb、Cd、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg水平测定。结果:ADHD患儿血铅水平93±18.01μg/L明显高于对照组50±20.49μg/L(P<0.001),血锌水平62.42±12.80μmol/L明显低于对照组73.23±13.36μmol/L(P<0.001)。结论:ADHD患儿多伴铅过量、锌缺乏,血铅越高,注意缺陷越明显,在诊治时应常规检测并及早纠正。Objective: To explore the relationship between attention drawback/hyperkinetic disorder (ADHD) in children and their blood trace element levels. Methods: Blood Pb , Cd, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca and Culevelsof60 ADHD children were determined by atom - absorbent spectrophotometry. Results: The blood Pb level was higher in ADHD children (93±18.01 ) μg/L than that in normal children [ (50±20. 49)μg/L, P 〈0. 001], the Zn is lower in ADHD children (62. 42 ±12. 80)μmol/L than those in normal (73. 23±13. 36) μmol/L, P 〈0. 00l respectively. Conclusion: The lead poisoning and zinc efficiency may be related to the development of ADHD in children.
