摘　　要：以黑河流域水资源合理调配评价研究为基础,完成了流域水资源调配综合评价软件系统总体结构及其主要功能的设计,并介绍了实现综合评价系统的关键技术,最后对黑河流域水资源调配综合评价系统进行简要说明。Based on the research for evaluating the water resources allocation of the Heihe river basin, the paper completes the design of the main structure and functions of the evaluating system, and introduces lhe key techniques of implementing the syslem. The synthetic evaluating system of water resources allocation in the Heihe river basin is simply explained at the end.
