胃痛宁胶囊对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜bcl-2及bax基因蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃痛宁胶囊治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法:复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,运用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交检测胃黏膜细胞bcl-2, bax基因蛋白和mRNA表达的影响。结果:胃痛宁胶囊组bcl-2基因蛋白和mRNA表达强度,7 d后明显高于模型组和胃乐组,14 d后无明显差异;bax基因蛋白和mRNA表达强度7 d后明显高于模型组和胃乐组,与正常组无显著性差异,14 d后的比值均有所恢复。结论:胃痛宁胶囊能显著提高胃黏膜细胞bcl-2基因蛋白和mRNA的表达强度,调节bcl-2和bax的比值,使其恢复正常的动态平衡。Objective： To probe the effects of Weitongning capsule（WTNC） in treating gastric ulcer. Methods： To duplicate the gastric ulcer model in the rats. Immunohistochemistry methods were used to test the bcl-2, bax gene albumen and mRNA indexes of stomach mucous membrane. Results： The value of bcl- 2 gene albumen and mRNA of the group with WTNC was obviously higher than that of model group and group with Weile 7 d later. The difference of the groups was not obvious 14 d later. The value of bax gene albumen and mRNA of group with WTNC was obviously higher than that of model group and group with Weile. After 7 d there was no remarkable difference compared with the normal group, 14 d later, the value of all indexes recovered to some degree. Conclusion： WTNC could improve the value of bel- 2 gene albumen and mRNA in gastric mucous membrane, regulate the value of bcl- 2 and bax, and restore a mobile balance.
