摘　　要：目的:掌握病原菌分布情况,监测细菌耐药性变化,为临床合理、有效地使用抗生素提供依据。方法:回顾性分析军事医学科学院附属医院2002-2004年抗生素的药物敏感试验资料。结果:在过去的12年中,细菌对抗生素的敏感率发生了很大变化。结论:应当熟悉抗生素特性,做好细菌耐药性监测工作,慎重选用,控制耐药菌株增长。Objective： To provide refcren,：es to clinical application of antibiotics by analyzing bacteria in Affiliated Hospital, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Methods： According to the data of susceptibility tests performed from 2002 to 2004, the drug resistance and susceptibility of bacteria were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There were great changes of resistance and susceptibility of bacteria in the past 12 years. Conclusion： We should become familiar with the properties of anti- bintics and perform the monitor of drug resistance. Antibiotics should be used with cautions in order to control the increase in bacteria with tolerance.
