复方甘草酸苷注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的近期疗效以及对肝功能的影响。方法62例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成2组,对照组为单一化疗组,治疗组在化疗基础上静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液60ml,评价2组的近期疗效及对肝功能的影响。结果治疗组和对照组近期总有效率分别为51.6%、32.8%(P<0.05),前者肝功能损害低于后者。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液可辅助化疗治疗恶性肿瘤。OBJECTIVE： To observe the short -term curative effect of treating malignant tumor with compound glycyrrhizin injection plus chemotherapy and the effcct of the combined therapy on liver function.METHODS： A total of 62 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group was assigned to receive compound glycyrrhizin injection（60 ml） combined with chemotherapy, and control group receive single conventional chemotherapy, the short-term curative effect and the impact on liver function between groups were compared.RESULTS：The total effective rates were 51.6% and 32.8%, respectively for the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）, patients receiving the combined therapy had a lower rate of liver functional lesion than did those receiving single chemotherapy.CONCI,USION： Compound glyeyrrhizin injection serves as an assistant of chemotherapy in treating malignant tumor.
