摘　　要：目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定理气复胃口服液中木香烃内酯含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Luna C18,流动相为甲醇-水(72∶28),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为225nm,灵敏度为0.001AUFS。结果木香烃内酯进样量在0.2μg^2.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.4%(RSD=0.85%)。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于理气复胃口服液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a RP- HPLC method for content determination of costunolide in Liqifuwei oral liquid.METHODS：The assay was performed on a Luna C18 column by UV detector at the wavelength of 225nm with methanolwater（72 ： 28） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.RESULTS： The amount of costunolidc was linear with its area over the range from 0.2μg～2.0μg（ r =0.9 996）, the average recovery was 98.4% （RSD= 0.85% ）. CONCLUSION：The present method is convenient, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Liqi fuwei oral liquid.
