摘 要:目的建立HPLC同时测定补锌、钙口服液中乳酸钙和葡萄糖酸锌含量的方法。方法以C18为色谱柱,0.025mol/LpH=2.50NaH2PO4为流动相,210nm检测,外标法定量。结果乳酸、葡萄糖酸的线性范围分别为0.7194 ̄46.04、0.315 ̄20.16mmol/L。方法回收率大于99.0%;日内及日间RSD小于2.0%。结论本方法不经分离,直接同时测定口服液中乳酸钙和葡萄糖酸锌的含量,快速、简便、准确,可用于补锌、钙口服液的质量控制。[Objective] A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was established for the determination of calcium lactate and zinc gluconate in oral solution simultaneously. [Methods] Lactic acid and gluconic acid were eluted with 0.025 mol/L NaH2PO4 (pH=2.50) on Cl8 column and detected at 210 nm. [Results] The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.7194-46.04 mmol/L for lactic acid and 0.315-20.16 mmol/L for gluconic acid. The recovery was 99.01%-100.4%. The coefficiency of variation of the day and between days were all less then 2.0% (n =5). [Conclusions] The method could be easily employed with high precision and accuracy for simultaneous determination of calcium lactate and zinc gluconate in oral solution without sample pretreatment, and could be used for the quality control in production process of the oral solution.
