摘 要:目的研究中国恒河猴是否是戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)Ⅳ型的敏感动物模型。方法用Ⅳ型HEV RNA阳性的人粪便提取液感染2只中国恒河猴,动态观察动物感染前后ALT和肝组织学改变及血清、粪便HEV RNA。结果2只恒河猴于感染HEVⅣ型后第5周出现血清ALT升高,持续6周恢复正常;肝组织出现急性肝损伤样改变;感染3周于血清中检出HEV RNA,分别于第32天和第40天粪便中检出HEV RNA。结论中国恒河猴是HEVⅣ型的敏感动物模型。Objective To establish the China Rhesus model of HEV gene type-Ⅳ infection. Methods The changes of sera biochemistry and liver histopathology were observed synchronously. The dynamic changes of HEV RNA in feces, sera of experimentally infected Rhesus monkeys with HEV gene type-Ⅳ were observed. Results Elevated ALT and AST were both observed in the two experimental animals 5 weeks after inoculation,which lasted for 6 weeks. HEV RNA became positive in sera 3 weeks after infection, and detected in feces on the 32nd day and 40th day after infection respectively. Liver biopsy showed acute histopathological changes. Conclusion China Rhesus monkey was a good experimental animal model of HEV gene type-Ⅳ.
