摘 要:提出了一种星载高功率波导低通滤波器的精确设计方法,将滤波器分布低通原型参数转换成广义阻抗变换系数,采用模匹配法等数值算法精确计算矩形波导中容性膜片的散射参数,进而获得其广义阻抗变换系数,然后通过插值,直接得到滤波器的所有结构参数.该方法避免了常规设计方法中对结构参数的反复调整,提高了设计效率和设计精度.设计并制作了1台2.5 GHz和1台22 GHz的矩形波导低通滤波器,典型性能为带内驻波比小于1.2,损耗波动小于0.15 dB,测试结果与设计数据一致,满足了技术指标要求.A kind of rigorous design method of high power waveguide low-pass filters for satellites was presented. The element values for distributed low-pass prototype filter are transformed into general impedance inverters. Capacitive iris in rectangular waveguide was computed by mode-matching technique to achieve the exact scattering parameters and impedance inverters correspondingly. All dimensions of waveguide low-pass filter are obtained immediately by interpolation. Adjustments used in conventional method are avoided, and the design is more rigorous and more efficient. 2.5 GHz and 22 GHz waveguide low-pass filters are designed with typical performances that voltage standard wave ratio in-band is less than 1.20 dB and loss variation is less than 0. 15 dB. The test results keep in good agreement with the designed data, and meet the technical requirements.
