He-Ne激光照射对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者IL2I、L2R的作用研究

摘　　要：采用3H-TdR掺入法、酶标及间接免疫荧光技术检测50例恶性肿瘤患者He-Ne激光治疗前后IL-2活性、IL-2R、slL-2R的变化。结果表明,肿瘤患者IL-2活性,淋巴细胞膜IL-2R均明显降低,而血清slL-2R明显增多,与激光治疗后相比P<0.01,由此表明He-Ne激光照射对IL-2系统有调节作用。Detecting 60 malignant tumor patients IL-2, IL-2R and sIL-2R activity after and before He-Ne laser therapy by R3H-TdR incorporation method,enzyme labeling technology and indirect immunofluorescence technology. Results indicated that tumor patients IL-2R activity and lymphocyte membrane IL-2R were both decreased obviously, while sIL-2R in serum increased evidently. Compared with the result after laser therapy, P〈0.01. This shows that He-Ne laser irradiation can modify IL-2 system.
