摘 要:从分析石墨电弧法制取巴基管的电孤物理现象入手,详细讨论了电弧力及高速离子流在合成巴基管时的作用。指出在制取巴基管的理想条件的电弧过程中,电极的消耗以Cn为主,以C2的消耗为辅,并由此提出了巴基管由Cn的侧向连接,卷曲生长的长大机制,可简单表示为C60+Cn→buckytube,其中n=6c(c≥1)。运用该机制分析了不同工艺参数对巴基管的产量产率的影响。On the basis of the analysis of the physical phenomena of the electric-arc processing used in the fabrication of the buckytube,the effect of the arc force and the high speed plasma flow on the buckytube production are discussed in detail.It is pointed out that in the arc process for buckytube fabrication under the optimum conditions,the carbon consumble consumed in such a way that the majority is Cnclusters and the minor is C2 clusters.The a mechanism for buckytube growth is put forward,which is that buckytube growth by the connection of the Cn clusters and then spiraling into a helix tubule.It can be expressed as following:C60+Cn→buckytube,in which n= 6c(c≥1).The effects of the procedure parameters on the output and the yield of buckytube are analyzed also by applying this mechanism.
