摘　　要：借鉴发达国家现代公共体育管理的经验,从适应市场经济发展的视角和公共体育需求的实际出发,阐述了建设基层服务型政府体育行政管理体系的历史必然,探讨了公共服务型政府含义、特点,提出我国构建基层服务型政府体育行政管理体系的特征、思路与措施。Referencing the experience of developed country modem public sports management, according to adaptation market economy development and public sports. Expounding the history necessity of constructing basic service government sports administration management system. Probing into public service government＇s connotation and trait. Putting forwards our country construct basic service government sports administration management system.
