摘 要:研究目的:1)应用PALIER测试方法探索足球运动员个体最大有氧能力的可行性;2)观察PALIER测试中使用外源性磷酸肌酸前后对足球运动员运动能力和最大有氧能力的影响。研究方法:使用外源性磷酸肌酸之前首先进行第一次PALIER测试。20天用药周期结束两天后根据第1次测试成绩将受试者分为个三组进行与第1次完全相同的测试。研究结果:1)使用外源性磷酸肌酸后受试者在测试2中运动能力显著性提高;2)PALIER测试中受试者运动能力与最大摄氧量高度相关,说明PALIER测试能够较好评定足球运动员的最大有氧能力。结论:外源性磷酸肌酸作为外源性磷酸肌酸提高最大有氧能力是通过供给心肌及骨骼肌肉细胞代谢所需的能量和促进膜稳定作用及改善组织微循环等功效来实现的。Objective: 1 ) Study the possibility of using Palier fitness test for evaluating maximal aerobic capacity of footballer; 2) Observe the physiological factors on impacting of maximal aerobic capacity before and after taking exogenous creatine phosphate. Methods: Palier Test is performed for evaluating the maximal aerobic capacity of footballer before exogenous creatine phosphate is taken; Palier Test is proceeded for evaluating the maximal aerobic capacity of footballer after exogenous creatine phosphate is taken. Result : Maximal aerobic capacity of footbailer is highly correlated with running distance among footballers during Palier Test after the exogenous creatine phosphate is taken. Conclusion: The result shows that Palier Test is a good indicator for evaluating maximal aerobic capacity of footballer. Exogenous creatine Phosphate can be widely utilized for promoting maximal aerobic capacity by supplying the energy for cardiac and skeletal muscles and improving microcireulation of muscle and protecting the membrane of cells during intensive exercise. But it is different for its pharmacological effect between individual profiles.
