第28届奥运会中外男篮中锋防守意识比较研究

摘　　要：中锋由于其职责和位置的关系,其防守能力的强弱将直接影响球队的整体防守水平。防守意识是构成防守能力的重要方面。运用录像分析等研究方法,从区域防守意识、防守选位意识、身体对抗意识、协防与补防意识、抢防守篮板球意识、封盖意识等六个方面,对参加第28届奥运会的中外男篮中锋21人进行了比较分析,结果显示,除封盖意识外,我国中锋在其他5个方面与国外高水平中锋相比都存在一定差距。In basketball games, because of their job and position, posts＇ defending ability will affects defending level of the whole team. Defending conseiousness is an important ingredient of defending ability. By the methods as records image analyzing etc, from six aspects such as district defending consciousness, position-choosing Ending , body-resisting consciousness, cooperative defending consciousness,defending rebounds consciousness, block consciousness, this paper analyzed the defending consciousness between Chinese and Foreign men＇s basketball posts that attend the 28th Olympic games. Results show that, our country posts compares to the foreign high level posts, except for block consciousness, there are ceaain margins in the other 5 aspects.
