摘　　要：手性仲醇是重要的手性化合物,从生物法制备手性仲醇的角度,综述了酶催化不对称合成、细胞催化不对称合成和酶催化拆分的特点,同时以2-辛醇、苯乙醇等仲醇为例进行深入讨论,展望了该领域未来的发展前景。The chiral sec - alcohol is an important kind of chiral substances. From the point of preparing chiral sec- alcohol by means of biological technique, the characteristics of enzyme-catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically, cell-catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically and enzyme - catalyzed resolution respectively were summarized. Meanwhile, some sec - alcohols such as 2 - octanol, phenylethanol and so on were discussed deeply on thi subject. The prospect of this field is also pointed out in this paper.
