问荆合剂对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞分泌TNF-α、IL-β水平的影响

摘　　要：采用Ⅱ型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型,以雷公藤多甙作对照,通过对大鼠的关节肿胀指数观察及检测问荆合剂含药血清对滑膜细胞细胞因子TNF-α、IL-β水平的影响,探讨问荆合剂治疗类风湿关节炎的部分作用机制。结果发现问荆合剂能显著减轻大志关节肿胀指数,不同程度地抑制大志关节滑膜炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-β的水平。提示问荆合剂对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的大鼠关节炎具有一定抑制作用,可通过抑制关节滑膜分泌的炎性细胞原子TNF-α、IL-β的水平,从而减轻关节滑膜的炎症,可能是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制之一。In order to explore the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of a Chinese medicine ＂Wenjing＂ mixture, the influence of the medicine-containing sera on the levels of TNF-α and IL-β in synovial cells of collagen II-induced arthritis rat model was investigated in vitro, and the indices of the swollen joints were observed. In this study, Tripterygium glycoside （TG） was used as positive control. The results showed that both the levels of TNF-α and IL-β secreted by synovial cells of joints and the indices of the swollen joints were significantly deceased. It is evidents that ＂Wenjing＂a mixture shows certain inhibitory effect on the production of TNF-α and IL-β in synovial cells, which may be one of the mechanism of the therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
