摘　　要：分析了GIS的主要用途及其优点以及电信行业的发展现状,阐述了通信行业引入GIS、建立通信网络地理信息系统的必要性。阐述了利用MAPGIS基础软件平台进行二次开发的原理及整个系统的构建框架以及实现方法。This paper presents the major uses and advantages of GIS and describes the necessity of introducing GIS into the communication field and building communication net GIS. It also covers the principle of using of the platform of MAPGIS for second development and the construction as well as realization of the telecommunication line resource system.
