摘 要:通过对银杏22个品种(类型)的净光合速率的测定,结果表明,当光照强度在1100μmol.m-2.s-1以下时,银杏的净光合速率随光照强度的增加而增加,超过1100μmol.m-2.s-1以后,随光照强度的增加净光合速率反而下降;银杏光合作用最佳温度为26℃;光合速率的日变化呈“午休”型双曲线变化,最高峰出现在100∶0前后,次峰出现在160∶0前后。在测定的22个银杏品种(类型)中,钱冲1号和马铃1号的净光合速率较高,海洋皇和郯城9号的净光合速率较低;对22个品种(类型)的光合速率的方差分析与多重比较发现,不同银杏品种的光合速率存在显著性差异。In this paper the net photosynthetic rates of 22 varieties of ginkgo are measured and the result shows:1.When the light intensity is below 1100μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the net photosynthetic rate rises with the increase of the light intensity. After exceeding 1100 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the Net photosynthetic rate falls. 2.The most suitable temperature for photosynthesis is about 26℃. 3.The net photosynthetic rate displayed a obvious “midday-depression” and a double peak curve. The first peak reached at about 10:00 A.M. Then the second peak curve at about 16:00P.M. 4.Among the 22 varieties of ginkgo, the net photosynthetic rate of "Qianchong No.l" and "Maling No.l" are higher, the net photosynthetic rate of "Haiyanghuang" and "Tancheng No.9" are lower. 5.Through the multiple comparison and analysis of variance on the net photosynthetic rate of 22 varieties of ginkgo, we find that different kinds of ginkgo have different the net photosynthetic rate significantly.
