摘　　要：技术创新是经济增长的引擎。中部区域要实现经济崛起必须依靠技术创新。运用DEA方法对中部六省和京、沪、粤区域技术创新绩效进行分析,探讨中部地区技术创新绩效相对较差的原因,并提出一些改进意见。The technological innovation is an engine of economic growth. In order to achieve growth of the economy, it must depend on technological innovation for six provinces in the middle part of our country. Based on the method of DEA, this paper analyses the performance of regional technological innovation among six provinces in the middle part of our country and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, and probes into the reason for the comparatively worse performance of the regional technological innovation of the Middle Area. This paper also puts forward some improvement suggestions on how to seize the opportunity for six provinces in the middle part of our country, to realize ＂Central Rise＂.
