摘　　要：以1950年美国国家科学基金会(NSF)成立以来,美国诺贝尔物理学奖获得者得到美国两大科学基金——美国国家科学基金(NSF)和美国能源部(DOE)基金资助的统计分析为切入点,分析了重大原始创新和科学基金资助之间的关系,并以此为基础探讨了有利于原始创新产生的科学基金制度及项目评价机制。This based on statistics and analysis of supports that the American winner of Nobel Prize in physics have gained from Nat.ion Science Foundation （NSF） and Department of Energy （DOE） since 1950, the paper analyzes the relationship between important original innovations and science funds .Moreover, it probes into the science funds system and program evaluation mechanism that promote original innovations.
