摘　　要：随着知识经济的兴起,知识资本日益成为社会经济活动中越来越重要的资源。物元模型是一种定性与定量相结合的评价模型,可以对知识资本进行定量评价。As the knowledge economy＇s coming,intellectual capital is becoming the best important resource, accompanying with the development of enterprise. Matter element model is an analysis method combined quantity with quantity. It can appraise intellectual capital by quantitative analysis.
